The 37-metre motor yacht Lady Betty, listed for sale with Michel Chryssicopoulos of IYC, has had a further €1M price drop, on top of a €2,250,000 drop from her asking price last month.
Built in 2024 by Maiora Yachts, part of Next Yacht Group, Lady Betty is one of seven 36 Exuma models. According to her broker, the motor yacht for sale has the “fluidity of a flybridge yacht and the endurance of an explorer".
Inside, she sports a modern design by Acuba Designs. Her interiors are filled with natural light thanks to oversized glazing, complemented by fine materials, refined textures and contemporary furnishings with clean, elegant lines.
Accommodation across the 299GT yacht is for 10 guests in five en suite cabins, including a full-beam owner’s suite, while the remaining cabins offer flexible configurations to suit guests’ needs. There are additional quarters for five crew.
Lady Betty’s deck spaces are versatile, with a standout feature of an al fresco skylounge – an open-air space that connects to more sheltered areas – while a lift provides access to all decks.
Performance comes from a shallow draught and a triple MTU water-jet propulsion system, showing just 80 hours on the main engines. The yacht has a top speed of 35 knots and a cruising speed of 29 knots.
Lady Betty is asking €12,750,000, with VAT paid.
