The 37.8-metre Delta Marine motor yacht Fore Aces has been listed for sale with Wes Sanford and Mike Finnegan of Northrop & Johnson.
Built in GRP by the US yard to an in-house design, she was delivered in 2003 as one of the yard’s 124’ tri-deck series and had her most recent refit between 2021 and 2023 that modernised both her interior and exterior spaces.
She features a classic interior by Ardeo Design with cherry wood panelling throughout, with her main saloon offering a spacious lounge with sofas and chairs, a full bar and a formal dining area, ideal for entertaining.
The motor yacht welcomes 12 guests across five cabins, including a main-deck master suite with a king-size berth, one VIP cabin, two additional queen-size cabins and one twin cabin with two Pullman berths. The yacht’s flexible layout makes her excellent for multigenerational families or groups.
On deck, she features a multitude of areas ideal for lounging, as well as entertaining and dining al fresco. The main deck aft provides covered dining for up to 10 guests, comfortable outdoor seating and direct access to the main saloon.
The skylounge features a wet bar and entertainment centre, with direct access out to further al fresco dining on the bridge deck aft.
One of the most notable improvements from her extensive 2023 refit was a 12-foot extension of the sundeck, significantly increasing the usable outdoor area. The enlarged deck provides additional room for sun lounging, entertaining and outdoor activities, and complements the yacht’s large spa pool and other upper deck amenities.
Twin Caterpillar 3412E main engines power the yacht for sale, backed by two Northern Lights 65kW generators and Quantum Zero Speed stabilisers. She also features a 4,000 lb davit with a large tender deck and a shallow draught that enhances her seaworthiness.
