Kevin Ralph at Skywater Group tells me that he's sold the 37.8m motor yacht Continental Drifter III to a direct client.

She was built in composite as a semi-displacement tri-deck motor yacht by Delta Marine in 2003 as Defiant and features a large saloon with huge windows, comfortable couches and an entertainment system to starboard. Her understated decor is in hand rubbed American cherry wood.

Further forward is an adjoining formal dining room separated from the saloon by a servery table. On the upper deck is a sky lounge with more entertainment options, couches and a wet bar. The flybridge has a helm station, Jacuzzi and a retractable Bimini top. Continental Drifter III offers two al fresco dining areas for 10 guests on the covered aft deck and aft sky lounge deck.

Accommodation is for 10 guests in five staterooms. The master suite on the main deck forward has a king size bed and en suite shower and bath. Four guest cabins below are accessed from the main saloon and include a VIP stateroom with a queen size bed and en suite steam shower. A further double, twin and single cabin complete the accommodation layout. Twin 1,400hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 14 knots and she was retrofitted with Quantum zero speed stabilisers in 2007.

Continental Drifter III was asking $9.75 million.
