A new central agency has been announced on the 40-metre Alloy Yachts motor yacht Aura, now listed for sale with Alex Busher of Edmiston.
Built in New Zealand by Alloy Yachts and delivered in 2006, the 40-metre motor yacht is one of two Dubois 40 yachts. She was designed by Dubois Naval Architects, which also completed the naval architecture, while her interiors are owed to Donald Starkey.
Stepping on board, Aura's main saloon offers a light and contemporary interior with cream soft furnishings centred by a coffee table offering space for guests to lounge.
Moving forward, the open-plan space features a formal dining table that seats eight on soft chairs. The room is flanked by windows allowing for natural light to pour into the space.
Furthest forward is the full-beam master suite, featuring a seating area and his-and-hers en-suites. The room is characterised by dark wood and cream interiors, offering an elegant and calming atmosphere.
The lower deck houses the guest accommodation, allowing the yacht to sleep up to 11, which includes two doubles and a twin, all equipped with en-suites and a convertible cabin. There is also further space for six crew members.
Al fresco space is offered on the main deck with a large oval dining table aft, seating 10 guests on the spacious deck. Ideal for entertaining, the deck also features a bar area with barstools.
Moving up top, the sundeck offers the ultimate entertaining set-up for large parties. Aft features a spa pool flanked by sunpads for lounging in the sun. Moving forward on the deck, there is another bar that overlooks the aft of the yacht, perfect for a sundowner drink under the shade of the roof.
Amidships, another al fresco dining option seats eight guests under the T-top for all-weather use. Forward sits the helm, complemented by soft furnishings, while sunpads are featured on the foredeck, offering a private space for sunbathing. The deck is flanked by built-in sofas, offering plenty of lounging space for guests.
The yacht for sale also benefits from a swim platform, allowing easy access to the water. Her watersports equipment includes paddleboards, wakeboards and waterskis to keep restless guests at bay.
Her twin Caterpillar engines allow for top speeds of 16.5 knots and cruising speeds of 12 knots, with a 4,000-nautical-mile range.
Aura is asking €9,950,000.
