Alex Clarke at Denison Yacht Sales sends news that he's signed a 40m superyacht berth in Porto Mirabello, Italy, for sale.
Porto Mirabello is one of the finest superyacht marinas in Italy, having opened in September 2010 featuring 100 berths specifically for superyachts measuring in at 40 to 130m length overall. This berth is in a prime location on the main dock as Clarke's client was one of the first 10 buyers in the marina. On offer are 24 hour security, two private parking spaces, helicopter access, more than eight restaurants, a private beach club, and concierge services, all in the heart of the Italian Riviera.
The berth has a 60 year lease and is asking €2.5 million.
