The 40.2-metre Westship motor yacht Cupcake has been listed for auction with Shannon McCoy and Michael Mahan of Worth Avenue Yachts in partnership with Boathouse Auctions.
Delivered in 2000, the motor yacht was built in the US to a design by Wesley Carr, alongside naval architecture developed by Jack Sarin and Trident. Her contemporary interiors were penned by Yacht Design Associates.
The official viewing period opened on 5 September 2026, giving prospective bidders the opportunity to inspect the yacht in person and complete due diligence before the auction. Live online bidding will take place on 6 October 2026.
The main saloon is filled with natural light thanks to expansive windows and is thoughtfully separated from the open dining area by an entertainment center.
The dining space can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests around a glass table. An inviting marble bar inside provides the ideal setting for afternoon cocktails, while large doors open to an al fresco dining area.
Cupcake boasts a modern interior adorned with neutral shades of crème and turquoise, complemented by mother-of-pearl accents. The full-beam main cabin on the main deck features a king-size bed positioned aft, along with a his-and-her en suite equipped with a shower and a spacious separate tub. Below deck, there are four en suite guest cabins.
Al fresco dining is encouraged on the main deck aft, where a large dining table for all guests can be enjoyed alongside a comfortable banquette sweeping the aft. Positioned under the overhang, the space is fit for all-weather use.
Her broker notes that she is "designed for cruising pleasure and family bonding", offering a generous sundeck that features a spa pool, a dining area, and ample sun pads, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
The yacht for auction is powered by twin MTU engines, allowing for a cruising speed of 14 knots and a maximum speed of 17 knots.
Currently located in Fort Lauderdale, Cupcake is asking $4,450,000 and live online bidding will take place on 6 October 2026.
