A new central agency has been announced on the 42.6-metre motor yacht Just Enough, now listed for sale with Roy Sea of IYC.
Built in aluminium by Ares Marine in the USA, she was delivered in 2012 and has been a popular charter yacht since launch. Her naval architecture was developed by Murray & Associates while her interior and exterior designs were penned by Ares Marine's in-house team.
Just Enough offers accommodation for 11 guests in five cabins, including a full-beam master cabin, with a private office and marble en suite on the main deck. The four guest cabins can be found on the lower deck alongside quarters for a crew of nine.
The broker suggested that Just Enough is "perfect for entertaining both indoors and out, featuring a bar in the sky lounge and on the upper deck, a spacious spa pool, as well as a formal dining room and al fresco dining areas on deck," adding that she benefits from refits in 2018 and 2023.
The 278GT yacht for sale has a top speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots, powered by her twin 1652hp Caterpillar diesels. RINA classified she completed class and flag surveys in 2023.
Just Enough is asking $4,795,000.
