A new central agency has been announced on the 34.1-metre Westport Yachts motor yacht Dancing Tides, now listed for sale with Paul Simon at Fraser Yachts.
Built in fibreglass and delivered in 2014 as one of the yard's 112 series, she is described by her broker as "one of the most extensively customised Westport 112s".
Recent upgrades include service to the main engines, generators, watermakers, air-conditioning chillers, windlasses, capstans and passerelle, which her broker said "further supports her turnkey appeal".
Accommodation is for up to eight guests across a four-cabin layout, comprising a full-beam owner's suite accessed via a striking curved staircase. Mahogany accents, overhead wooden detailing and tray features complement the space, complete with a full-beam his-and-hers en suite.
A VIP cabin is located forward, while two convertible twin guest cabins are situated aft of the lower foyer. Separate quarters to aft include a captain's cabin and two crew cabins.
Her bright, warm interiors were designed in-house in collaboration with Amy Halffman Designs, which prioritised storage space in her main saloon and galley. An L-shaped sofa in the main saloon features concealed storage and is complemented by a matching chair and varnished glass-topped coffee table. Aft to port, built-in storage with marble countertops incorporates a wine fridge.
The formal dining area sits up to eight guests, complemented by further built-in storage for china, glassware and flatware located port and starboard.
A country-style kitchen is accessed via the starboard foyer and centres on a large island boasting an abundance of storage, decorated with lighter-coloured marble countertops and a matching sink. Elevating the space is a large rectangular skylight with a sliding sunshade.
Outside living is defined by ample seating and lounging arrangements. Her flybridge is a notable highlight, featuring a large starboard seating area with a varnished table, full bar and icemaker, complemented by an electric grill aft of the bar.
For guests wanting a closer experience to the water, her beach deck features a port-side hot tub, sun loungers and sun chairs, alongside ample storage space for a RIB tender with davit. A removable custom awning shades the hot tub, which can also be used underway.
Dancing Tides is asking $7,100,000. She is currently lying in Harbour Island West Marina in San Diego, California.
