The 43.6-metre Benetti motor yacht Harmony III has received a €1,100,000 price drop to her sales listing with Jurgen Koch of Fraser.
Delivered by the Italian yard in 2009, Harmony III is a Benetti Vision model built to a design by Tommaso Spadolini with naval architecture by Stefano Righini. ABS-classed and MCA-compliant, she features an expansive interior by Francois Zuretti.
The broker noted: "The GRP-built 44-metre Benetti Vision is the perfect yacht for family cruises, occasional charters or corporate events, she can hold 30 guests for a cocktail party comfortably. The owner’s stateroom has a small office and a private terrace forward, the dining room on the upper deck can be completely opened to the aft terrace."
Accommodation is for 10 guests across five cabins, including two twins with Pullman berths, two VIP cabins with queen-sized beds and a main deck master suite. The suite comprises the main stateroom, his-and-hers bathrooms, a walk-in wardrobe, an office and a private outdoor terrace.
Also on the main deck is a central curving staircase that leads down to the guest staterooms or up to the skylounge. Outside the main deck aft, there is a large dining table with fixed seating and chairs.
The full-width skylounge has large windows, a desk, two L-shaped sofas, a full bar and an entertainment centre, while the veranda has a large dining table with a Lazy Susan.
Up top, the sundeck boasts a large seating area comprised of a sofa and coffee tables covered by large sun umbrellas. Moving aft, there is a full bar with a dumbwaiter and, in the centre, a full-sized dining table. Four sun loungers surround the eight-person Jacuzzi to the aft of the sundeck.
The 456GT yacht for sale can reach a cruising speed of 14 knots and a top speed of 16 knots. Powered by a pair of Caterpillar 1,300hp engines, she has a range of 5,470 nautical miles.
Lying in Croatia, Harmony III is now asking €9,500,000.
