$500,000 price increase on motor yacht Silver Seas at Burger Yacht Sales

While many sellers continue to cut prices, John Todd at Burger Yacht Sales sends word of a $500,000 price increase on the 32.6m motor yacht Silver Seas.

Says John: ‘With the recent sales of WOW and Tenacity and the absence of a full beam Burger on the market comparable to Silver Seas we feel this is reflective of the current market for these vessels. In addition, a full refit is currently being undertaken which will encompass complete replacement and upgrading of all navigational electronics (completed in 2012), all entertainment electronics (completed in 2012), replacement of all mattresses, linens, and soft goods throughout (mostly complete), and a complete exterior paint job which will commence on March 19th, 2012.’

An all-aluminium raised pilothouse yacht, Silver Seas was built by Burger Boat Company in 1998. She features voluminous interior spaces for entertaining and accommodates eight guests in a double and three twin cabins. She has a transoceanic cruising range of 3,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.

Silver Seas is now asking $7.25 million.
