A new central agency has been announced on the 49.9-metre Feadship superyacht Koru (ex Azteca), now listed for sale with Monty Batt and Richard Higgins of Northrop & Johnson.
The superyacht was designed by the late Jon Bannenberg for Mexican billionaire Emilio Azcárraga. Originally built by Dutch yard Feadship, she completed a two-year rebuild with Ocean Technical in May 2024 and emerged from her extensive refit boasting a new navy hull, extended stern, and a revamped sundeck and interiors.

On entering the yacht, the main saloon offers a comfortable space characterised by dark wood panelling and cream sofas. The open-plan layout also includes a dining area to create a sociable hub on board, covering both lounging and entertaining.
Accommodation is for up to 10 guests across five cabins, comprising a full-beam master cabin on the lower deck, two VIP cabins (one on the main deck forward and one on the lower deck) and two twins. There is further provision for a crew of nine. As part of the interior overhaul, the original television lounge was converted into an additional guest cabin.
A seating area can be found on the main deck aft under the overhang of the deck above, providing a quiet space on board to relax.
A more intimate saloon is located on the upper deck, with floor-to-ceiling windows creating a cosy indoor-outdoor feel.
A spa pool is built into the foredeck which is flanked by sunpads and benefits from uninterrupted views off the bow of the yacht.
A highlight on board is the flybridge, which offers a spacious social area with sunbeds, coffee tables and a large polished wood table that seats 10 guests. Up the stairs, the sundeck follows a similar relaxed layout, with various sunbeds encouraging sunbathing and lounging up top. Both have optional shading to allow for all weather conditions.
The 435GT yacht for sale is powered by a pair of MTU 2950hp engines, giving her a cruising speed of 19 knots and a top speed of 22 knots.
