The 50-metre ISA motor yacht Liberty has been sold. Ed Dickinson and Wes Sanford of Northrop & Johnson and Konstantin Kolpakov of Arcon Yachts represented the seller in the deal, while Luca Gianardi of Master Brokerage introduced the buyer.
Liberty was built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure in 2011 by the Italian shipyard and joined the market following her 10-year class survey, completed in summer 2021. She has been well-maintained throughout her life, entering a shipyard period every winter for regular maintenance and renovation as needed.
Designed by Andrea Vallicelli, her exterior profile sports a dark grey hull paired with a double red bootstripe. Meanwhile, Rene Van Der Velden provided a contemporary interior that includes a six-cabin layout for a total of 13 guests, with each cabin designed to a different maritime theme – tortoise, seahorse, shark, nautilus, shrimp, starfish and coral. There is a master suite, a VIP suite, two double cabins and two twins (one with a Pullman berth).
Her main deck saloon is encircled by panoramic windows, providing lots of natural light and ocean views. There is also a modern skylounge on the bridge deck finished in a coral theme with a bar, L-shaped sofa and loveseat.
Liberty offers three options for al fresco dining across her three decks. Forward of the bridge is a Portuguese deck, perfect for quiet morning coffees, while the sundeck is ideal for gatherings with family and friends, complete with a bar, sun loungers and sunpads.
Twin MTU M71 diesel engines enable the 495GT yacht to reach a maximum speed of approximately 16.8 knots with a range of 4,400 nautical miles. She was built to comply with MCA and Lloyd's standards and runs with a crew of 11. Quantum zero speed stabilisers keep her steady both at anchor and when underway.
Liberty was last asking €15,150,000.
