Word has reached me from Kevin Bonnie at International Yacht Collection that he has a 50m superyacht berth for sale at the Port of Imperia on the Italian Riviera.
Imperia is an interesting little Italian town, close to San Remo and the French border, and the Port of Imperia offers excellent facilities for superyachts - it is a 50-minute drive to Monaco (or 28nm), and there is a private airport 30 minutes away. This berth is claimed to be the most secure in the port, and it is within easy walking distance of the town centre.
The berth is offered as a 50 per cent partnership for €1.2 million.
