8 June 2020 • Written by Malcolm Maclean

The 23.15 metre sailing yacht Gigreca has been sold with both buyer and seller represented by Michel Chryssicopoulos at IYC in an in-house deal.

Built in GRP by the Italian Sea Group’s Admiral division to an in house design by Admiral Centro Stile, she was delivered in 2014 as the first sailing yacht in the yard’s Silent series. RINA classed and MCA compliant, she comfortably accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite, a double and a twin, all with en suite shower facilities. In addition, there are quarters for two crew.

Gigreca was asking €1,800,000

The deck saloon features a large L-shaped settee to starboard with a sliding table to provide comfortable seating for up to eight guests. On the port side is the galley which occupies the full length of the saloon and also features an island kitchen which may be used as a bar. The entertainment centre features a home theatre system.

The cockpit is split into separate guest and steering/crew areas, although they are both on the same level. The guest cockpit is more than three metres long and features two teak-topped opening, sliding and telescopic tables. The tables are permanently installed and have seating on three sides to provide plenty of outdoor relaxation.

Between the deck and coach roof are two symmetrical side staircases which give easy and safe access to the coachroof sunbathing area. This area is also provided with cushions and covers, ensuring total relaxation while under way. Under power, twin 150hp Yanmar engines give her a cruising speed of 12 knots.

Gigreca was asking €1,800,000.
