Here's another new name to this column as a call to Marcos Morjain at Reel Deal Yachts brings news of two new central listings for sale, the 44.8m motor yacht Aero Toy Store and Oceanfast's 27m Aussie Rules.

Jon Bannenberg designed Aero Toy Store, built by Japan’s Sterling yard in 1986 and refitted in 2006 and 2010, to have unparalleled views, a light, airy, spacious interior combined with a modern exterior.

The accommodation is luxurious and more than ample. There is a generous master stateroom including his/her baths with four well appointed guest staterooms also with en suite baths. The forward two staterooms have a removable wall to make a full width VIP Suite, complete with his/hers baths and the two aft guest suites each have a queen bed. Aero Toy Store is asking $9.995 million.

Aussie Rules was, of course, built for Greg Norman by Oceanfast in 1996 and was one of the first in a series of yachts owned by the golfing master. Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in a master suite, VIP stateroom and two twin cabins plus two Pullman berths. Aussie Rules has just had a price reduction from $3.5 million to $2.995 million.
