Another price drop on sailing yacht Ladisea at Sunseeker Torquay

Jamie Coombes at Sunseeker Torquay tells me of a further £750,000 price drop on his listing for sale, the 23.8m sailing yacht Ladisea.

Constructed in Kevlar composite by Italy's CN Yacht 2000, she was drawn by the architects at Vallicelli design and delivered in 2009. This sloop-rigged yacht has been built to exacting standards. One of just three 78 sloops built by the yard, Ladisea boasts a generous inventory, including a garaged jet rib, two Seabobs and a dive compressor. Her carbon mast and boom keep weight low, adding to her stability.

Furthermore a Kevlar hull means she is an extremely strong and powerful yacht for both family cruising or competitive racing. The galley, navigation station and crew areas are located aft with very easy deck access, meaning that the owners and guests on board can enjoy the saloon, sauna and accommodation areas without being disturbed.

Lying in Italy, Ladisea is down from £3,250,000 to £2,500,000.
