The 31.46 metre motor yacht Maria Jose has been listed for sale by Kristofer Westermark at Ventura Yachts.
Built in GRP by Spanish shipyard Astondoa, Maria Jose is a raised pilot house vessel which was delivered in 2005. She joins the market following a fresh new navy paint job in 2019.
On the lower deck, accommodation is for eight guests across four cabins including a full beam master suite forward. A VIP suite is located amidships, which is almost a second master cabin in terms of size, plus two twin cabins forward. Additionally, there are quarters for four crewmembers.
On the main deck, a sumptuous main saloon is classically designed with white carpets, marble accents and a polished wooden finish. The aft deck has a large dining space for all eight guests while the sun deck features sunbathing pads, additional dining space, a bar and BBQ.
Maria Jose has ample storage on board including that for a jet ski and five-metre tender, stowed on the foredeck, covered with additional sunbathing pads.
She is powered by twin MTU 16V 2000 M92 engines with an output of 2 x 2000 hp with a cruising speed of 18 knots, reaching a top speed of 24 knots.
