The 35.3-metre Azimut motor yacht H has joined the brokerage market in a new listing with James Rayner of Northrop & Johnson.
H was delivered in 2023 as the second unit from the Italian shipyard's highly popular Grande 36M model – now one of 14 units delivered or in-build according to BOATPro. Constructed with a GRP hull, the 35.3-metre features a modern exterior profile by Alberto Mancini and equally as contemporary interiors by Salvagni Architetti and Paula Herbert Studio, which her brokers claim boast a "seamless indoor-outdoor flow".
H is in "pristine condition" according to her broker, following recent factory-backed shipyard works, and still remains under new build warranty. Notably, she is the fourth Azimut built for her original experienced owner.
Inside, H presents a "highly customised layout" with custom furniture pieces from Italian Design Houses and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. The interiors are characterised by natural textures, bespoke detailing and sculptural design in a neutral colour palette.
Accommodation on board is for a party of 10 in six cabins, which includes a master suite on the main deck complete with panoramic views, a full (7.5-metre) beam walk-in wardrobe and a "spa-like" en suite. The remaining guest accommodation is found on the lower deck, comprising two VIPs and two twins, all with en suite. Meanwhile, her crew of six are accommodated in four en suite cabins.
In terms of living spaces on board H, the main saloon is open-plan and features sleek curved twin sofas and a one-of-a-kind marble dining table seating 10. Sliding glass doors lead to the large aft deck, which is equipped with a bar and outdoor seating space. Up on the bridge deck, there is a welcoming sky lounge with a relaxed living space, while an expansive al fresco dining space, large sunpads and a full-service bar is located outside.
In regards to wellness, H offers a plethora of options for any request. Her sundeck is a "sanctuary" according to her broker, with oversized forward sunpads, shaded seating under the hardtop, and a fully equipped aft gym. Meanwhile, a Jacuzzi lies on the foredeck alongside a U-shaped sofa, coffee tables and further oversized sunpads, and at sea level, there is a sizeable beach club for lounging near the water.
The 279GT, RINA-classed yacht for sale can reach top speeds of 22 knots with a cruising speed of 18 knots and a maximum range of 1,400 nautical miles. She is also fitted with underway and zero-speed stabilisers for comfortable cruising, while her 1.9-metre draft is capable of anchoring in shallow waters.
