David Lacz at Bartram & Brakenhoff tells me he and his colleague Andrew LeBuhn have now sold the 36.15m motor yacht Catalonian Spirit with Fernando Nicholson at Camper & Nicholsons representing the seller.

Built in steel and aluminium by Brazil’s Inace yard in 2008, Catalonian Spirit has a relaxed interior by British designer Michael Kirschstein offering ample accommodation for 12 guests in six staterooms. Twin 715hp Caterpillar engines give this superyacht a cruising speed of 10 knots and a range of 3,500 nautical miles.

Catalonian Spirit was asking $10.5 million and David says there'll soon be a formal announcement that she'll be available for charter with Bartram & Brakenhoff.
