David Lacz at Bartram & Brakenhoff sends word that he's listed the 30.4m classic motor yacht Georgina for sale.

Built by US yard Poole Chaffee, she was launched in 1980 and has had several upgrades since, with a complete interior refit in 2012 including all new staterooms and bathrooms. Interior decor is crisp and contemporary with cream carpets throughout, white panelling on the bulkheads and custom soft furnishings are selected in bright colours. There is a large main saloon and aft of this is a covered aft deck with dining facilities for eight guests while a huge flybridge has a dining table seating 12 guests.

A popular charter yacht, Georgina accommodates eight guests in four staterooms including a master suite with a king size bed, two doubles with queen beds and a fourth cabin with a queen bed and three extra berths - ideal for children. All staterooms have en suite bathroom facilities. Twin 750hp Caterpillar engines – new in 2008 – give her a cruising speed of 10 knots.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Georgina is asking $1,950,000,
