The 43.6-metre Benetti motor yacht Alegria has been sold with Josh Gulbranson and Trevor Carroll of Fraser representing the seller.
Alegria was delivered in 2010 by the Italian yard as one of their popular Vision 45 models, built in GRP to a design by Stefano Righini with interiors by Francois Zuretti. Her sale comes after $800,000 was invested in mechanical upgrades in 2024.
Accommodation on board is for 12 guests across five staterooms, including a forward-facing master suite with wrap-around windows. Meanwhile, there are cabins for 11 crew.
Alegria boasts several al fresco areas that have made her a popular addition to the charter market, including a large sundeck with a raised Jacuzzi, plus semi-circular sofa seating, a wet bar and a shaded casual dining arrangement.
Her upper deck boasts a circular dining room completely enclosed by glass windows that, when opened, bring guests a taste of dining in the open air while protected from the unpredictable elements. A swim platform and tender garage can be used as a beach club arrangement when the toys are launched.
The full-displacement 456GT yacht for sale features zero-speed fin stabilisers for comfort both underway and at anchor. Power comes from twin Caterpillar C32 engines giving a top speed of 15 knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Alegria was last asking $8,900,000.
