The 43.6-metre Benetti motor yacht Alegria, listed for sale with Josh Gulbranson at Fraser, has had a further price reduction of $900,000 after a few weeks of being off the market.
The yacht was delivered in 2010 by Benetti as one of the shipyard's popular Vision 45 models, built in GRP to a design by Stefano Righini. Interior design is by Francois Zuretti. She has just had $800,000 invested in mechanical upgrades.
Alegria has several al fresco areas that have made her a popular addition to the charter market, including a large sundeck with a raised Jacuzzi, plus semi-circular sofa seating, a wet bar and a shaded casual dining arrangement.
The upper deck boasts a circular dining room completely enclosed by glass windows that, when opened, bring guests a taste of dining in the open air while protected from the elements. A swim platform and tender garage can be used as a beach club arrangement when the toys are launched.
Accommodation is for 12 guests across five staterooms, including a forward-facing master suite with wraparound windows and cabins for 11 crew.
The full-displacement 456GT yacht for sale features zero-speed fin stabilisers for comfort both underway and at anchor. Power comes from twin Caterpillar C32 engines giving a top speed of 15 knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Lying in Florida, USA, Alegria is now asking $8,900,000.
