The 55-metre Heesen superyacht After You has changed central agencies and has had a €1.5m price drop. She is now listed for sale with TWW Yachts.
Built in aluminium by Dutch yard Heesen in 2011, the naval architecture is by Vripack while the exterior design is owed to Omega Architects. She was last refitted in 2022.
After You was nominated at the World Superyacht Awards 2012. An unusual and "lavish" interior – originally created by Ken Freivokh and Michela Reverberi and redesigned by Mark Berryman in 2022 – accommodates an owner's party of up to 12. This includes a full-beam master suite with two private balconies, two double cabins, one full-beam VIP cabin, one convertible into two doubles, plus another VIP cabin on the main deck. There are quarters for a crew of 13.
The main saloon offers inviting seating areas and big windows, making maximum use of the glazed balconies. Formal dining is on the upper deck and comprises a circular glazed table, set within huge curved-glass doors aft. Immediately forward is a semi-circle of sofas positioned to take advantage of the panoramic views or the entertainment centre.
Similarly, the sundeck has a huge outside dining table, plus an intimate saloon facing forward with a full-service bar at hand. An elevator serves the lower, main and bridge decks.
The top deck has a "state-of-the-art" gym with floor-to-ceiling windows and leads out to a relaxation area with a Jacuzzi. There is also a full-width spa with a steam room, sauna, treatment room and relaxation space. Down at water level, the 45-square-metre beach club provides an inviting space from which to board water toys or to swim from. Television screens are found across all decks, even on the foredeck, where there is a dining area and a large screen projector for evening movies.
A 10-person pool with a waterfall is a standout feature on the main deck, keeping the area feeling cool and fresh. Its water is stowed in a tank when underway and preheated by the air-conditioning's exhaust, "saving energy".
The 781GT Bureau Veritas classed yacht for sale is powered by twin MTU diesels, giving a top speed of 25 knots, cruising speed of 17 knots and range of 4,500 nautical miles at 15 knots.
After You is now asking €32,500,000 (excluding VAT).
