Anne Averyy at Northrop & Johnson tells me she's closed on her listing for sale, the 28.45 metre sailing yacht Nuberu Nau, with Jennifer Stewart at Berthon USA representing the buyer.

Built by French superyacht yard CNB with naval architecture by Philippe Cabon, she was delivered in 2001 with an interior by Frank Darnet and custom built in aluminium for unlimited worldwide cruising. The latest technology makes this superyacht a comfortable, highly elegant and seaworthy cruiser for utmost safety and sailing pleasure at all times.

Three staterooms - a master, double and a twin - with en suite bathrooms offer owner and guests ample privacy and plenty of room for well-being. The generous saloon with a separate navigation area adds another highlight and offers the ideal setting for dining and relaxation below deck.

With an extensive refit in 2009/2010, and thanks to her comprehensive annual maintenance programme, Nuberu Nau is professionally kept in first-class condition.

Lying in West Palm Beach, Florida, Nuberu Nau was asking €1,450,000.
