The 45-metre motor yacht Elada has rejoined the market in an exclusive listing with her builder, Bilgin Yachts. Her owner has decided to sell Elada in favour of a 54-metre Bilgin new-build, reflecting "their continued confidence" in the Turkish yard.
With exterior styling and interior design by British studio H2 Yacht Design, Elada was built in cold-moulded wood to RINA class and delivered in 2014, with a five-year survey and minor refit in 2017. Her metallic turquoise details and sharp reverse bow make her a standout sight on the water.
Accommodation is for 12 guests in six cabins, laid out as a full-beam owner's suite on the main deck (complete with private terrace aft), a VIP suite, two doubles and two twins. All guest cabins have entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities, while the crew quarters sleep nine members of staff on board this yacht for sale.
A large main saloon lounge area is comfortably furnished with three honey-coloured, leather-covered settees and a bar, while entertainment is courtesy of a grand piano complemented by a large screen television set and surround sound. Warm woods, ambient lighting and cream flooring create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.
Up on the bridge deck is the perfect spot for al fresco entertaining and dining, offering seating, two tables and a Jacuzzi spa tub forward surrounded by sunpads. Meanwhile the flybridge comes with built-in seating, an oval dining table, bar, barbecue and a second Jacuzzi tub.
"This is a unique chance to acquire a well maintained Bilgin yacht with immediate availability," said the yard. "Elada represents the timeless elegance and robust build quality that Bilgin Yachts is renowned for."
Twin Caterpillar 1,900hp C32 Acert diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 12 knots topping out at 19 knots and a range of 2,900 nautical miles at 11.5 knots.
To ensure guest comfort while cruising, she is fitted with ABT zero speed stabilisers.
Lying in Greece, Elada is asking €11,750,000.
