Broker bonus on motor yachts Huey's Island and Quiet Place at Huish Marine

Brian Coleman at Huish Marine sends word that she's offering a $100,000 broker bonus for the sale of each of the 31.4m Huey's Island and 30.5m Quiet Place.

Built by Johnson Yachts in 2008, Huey's Island is a raised pilothouse yacht with an extensive flybridge. Accommodation is for eight guests in an on deck master suite plus a VIP stateroom, double and twin cabins below. Twin 1825hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 17 knots. Huey’s Island is asking $5.55 million.

Designed and built by Broward Marine in 1997, the original interior of Quiet Place was designed by Robin Rose and upgraded later by Marc Michaels. She features a full-width saloon with a dining area and she accommodates eight guests in four cabins. Quiet Place is equipped with twin Caterpillar 3412 engines, allowing a top speed of 20+ knots and she's asking $1,995,000.
