The 30.48 metre motor yacht Lady Gray, listed for sale with IYC, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in aluminium by US yard Broward Marine, Lady Gray was delivered in 1995 as a raised pilothouse model and refitted in 2007. A relaxed, cosy cream-coloured interior sleeps six guests in three comfortable cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and a twin, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities. There is also accommodation for four crew in two cabins aboard this yacht for sale.
The full beam saloon has seating to port facing an entertainment centre to starboard including a large flatscreen television and there is a full wet bar amidships and a formal dining area forward with seating for six guests and storage for china, glassware and cutlery. Further forward, the country kitchen style galley has marble worktops and seating for eight guests to enjoy informal meals.
There is also a large, enclosed aft deck with comfortable furniture and air conditioning leading down to a swim platform, making this area ideal for lounging, dining or water sports.
Her top speed is 23 knots and her power comes from two 1,250hp Caterpillar 3412-TA diesel engines.
