News just in from Amy Houlston that Burgess acted for the buyer in the sale of CRN's 43m motor yacht Emerald Star, a central listing at the Antibes office of Camper & Nicholsons.

She's the first hull in the very popular CRN 43m series of motor yachts and was built by the Italian yard in 2007. RINA classed and MCA compliant, Emerald Star accommodates 10 guests in a full beam master suite on the main deck, two VIP double staterooms and two twin cabins.

A special feature is her huge sundeck, with a Jacuzzi, barbecue, wet bar, sound systems and extensive lounging areas. A very successful charter yacht, Emerald Star has had only one owner and captain since new and was asking $18.9 million. She will now be managed by the Burgess team.
