Thom Conboy at BYS tells me he's signed a new build 37m Burger raised pilothouse motor yacht for sale.

Conboy says that this is the first in a new family of superyachts to come from Burger and metal cutting will begin in March 2014. Designed by Gregory C. Marshall together with the Burger in-house team, the superyacht will be Lloyd's classed and MCA compliant.

Twin MTU 16V 2000 M94 engines will give her a cruising speed of 22 knots, a maximum speed of 25 knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles at 10 knots. A large main saloon and dining area provide an excellent space for relaxation and entertaining while the owner's suite on the main deck features generous wardrobe space and his and hers en suite bathrooms.

Guest accommodation is flexible and can comprise four or five staterooms. The current configuration is for 10 guests accommodated in a master suite and four well-appointed guest cabins, but this could easily be changed to a master suite, VIP guest suite and three guest staterooms. An additional feature is a large swim platform which, when the tender is launched from the stern garage, becomes a beach club with folding starboard and port platforms creating an idyllic area.

Due for delivery in September 2015, the 37m Burger is asking $20 million.
