The 31.5-metre Cantieri Navali Falcon motor yacht Northstar I has joined the brokerage market with Kristen Klein of Northrop & Johnson.
Delivered in 2005 by the Italian yard, Northstar I has benefitted from a recent yard period in 2024 and mechanical upgrades in 2025, including the replacement of both Kohler 28kW generators. She is presented in turnkey condition.
Accommodation on board is for up to nine guests in four en suite cabins on the lower deck, comprising a full-beam master suite aft, a VIP cabin and two twin cabins, one with a Pullman berth. A cinema lounge on the main deck can also be configured as a fifth cabin, increasing capacity to 12 guests. There are further quarters for a crew of six in three cabins.
Her interior follows a classic Falcon style, with high-gloss wood finishes, neutral soft furnishings and large windows throughout. The main saloon is arranged with lounge seating and connects to a forward dining area, while a raised pilothouse above doubles as an additional social space.
Exterior spaces include an aft deck set up for al fresco dining, a foredeck with sunpads and wide side decks that allow for easy circulation. The flybridge serves as the primary entertaining space, complete with seating, a bar and sun lounging areas, while a swim platform aft provides access to the water and stowage for tenders and toys.
Powered by twin MTU 16-cylinder diesel engines, approximately 2,000 HP each with direct shaft drive, the yacht for sale cruises at 22 knots and reaches a top speed of 25 knots.
Currently located in Panama, Northstar I is asking $3,000,000.
