The 37 metre Delta Marine motor yacht Crescendo IV has been leased through donation by Raymond Young at RJC and Kristen Klein at Northrop & Johnson, who represented the seller and lessee respectively.
Crescendo IV was built by American shipyard Delta Marine in 1997 and underwent a significant $1.2 million refit in 2020 to bring her into the 21st Century. Upgrades included a new interior, custom marble entryway and foyer, a new flybridge Jacuzzi and the addition of zero speed stabilisers.
