The 37 metre Delta Marine motor yacht Crescendo IV has been leased through donation by Raymond Young at RJC and Kristen Klein at Northrop & Johnson, who represented the seller and lessee respectively.

Crescendo IV  was built by American shipyard Delta Marine in 1997 and underwent a significant $1.2 million refit in 2020 to bring her into the 21st Century. Upgrades included a new interior, custom marble entryway and foyer, a new flybridge Jacuzzi and the addition of zero speed stabilisers.

She has a four-cabin layout that comprises a master suite with a king-size bed, a VIP with a king-size bed, and two queen guest cabins that accommodate up to eight guests.

An open-plan saloon features an L-shaped sofa and swivel armchairs upon entry with a formal area forward seating eight guests beneath a chandelier. Rich woods are paired with neutral greys and blues throughout. Further aft, an enclosed main deck offers additional updated seating areas with large televisions and a built-in bar area without guests having to be fully exposed to the elements.

Crescendo IV also benefits from a sky lounge which is the more relaxed lounge of the two and offers a pool table and bar. A Jacuzzi can be found on the aft deck with an al fresco dining area shaded by an electric awning.

She is powered by twin MTU 16V-2000 M91 diesel engines.
