News arrives from Bill Sanderson at Edmiston & Company in Palm Beach of his latest central sales listing, the 32m sailing yacht Miniskirt.
Built by Windship Yachts to a Ron Holland Design in 1991, Miniskirt was completely rebuilt in 2010 including a new superstructure and new equipment throughout.
Accommodation is for six or seven guests in three staterooms aft, all with en suite marble baths. The master is full width with full Jacuzzi bath/shower and marble vanity with his and her sinks. The two guest cabins feature one double bed cabin to starboard and a twin bed cabin to port with a third Pullman bunk. Both guest cabins feature walk in, enclosed, marble showers.
Coordinated and designed by Andrew Winch, both the layout and interior have been designed and decorated with ease of use and luxury as primary requisites. The general interior is based upon utilisation of wood finishes employing solid woods of teak, cherry and various burls.
Twin 250hp Caterpillar engines give Miniskirt a range of 2,000 nautical miles and, lying in Barcelona, she’s asking $6.95 million.
