James Auld in the Monaco office of Edmiston & Company tells me that he has listed the sleek and sexy 44m Tatiana Per Sempre as a joint listing for sale with Marine Marketing in Greece. Built by Baglietto and launched in 2007, Tatiana Per Sempre accommodates up to 10 guests in five cabins.
The interior is modern and airy with light Wood panelling and flooring throughout. With a maximum speed of 31 knots and a range of 700 nautical miles at 25 knots, she’s a high performance semi-displacement superyacht priced at €19 million.
In the same office Nicholas Edmiston has signed the central agency for sale of Sai Ram, a 52m Benetti launched in 2004 and offered at €26 million. Sleeping 12 guests in six cabins, her sundeck is divided into three distinct areas. Forward there’s a sundeck with tables and backrests – which also doubles as a helipad for emergency use – a Jacuzzi and bar, while the central circular dining area can seat 24 to 28 guests at three separate dining tables. Finally the aft area is devoted to sunbathing.
