The 24.3-metre motor yacht Martita has received a further price drop of €500,000 to her sales listing with Stig Jensen of SuperYachtsMonaco.
Martita was delivered by ISA Yachts in 2022, constructed in GRP as the second unit from the ISA Extra 76 model. According to her broker, she is presented to the market in like-new condition following construction to "exact specifications by the owner and his team".
Martita's exterior design, penned by ISA and Francesco Guida, has been finished in grey, giving her a purposeful, militaristic feel. The main attraction of the model is its vast, open aft deck with sunpads, sofas and a shaded al fresco dining table. Carbon awnings can be set up over the area for more shade as required, with easy access to the swim platform and carbon steps into the water.
An open-plan interior, by Hot Lab, offers accommodation for eight guests in four cabins, including a full-beam master amidships, a double and two twins – all on the lower deck. She also has quarters for three crew with an independent crew passage for discreet circulation through the vessel.
Since her delivery, Martita has seen a plethora of upgrades, including a 34-bottle wine cellar, a UV steriliser system, a galley osmosis water filtering system and extra deck lights and underwater lights. Other added extras include a Sonos Platinum sound system with iPad controls and a DJ console system with powered speakers, a retractable TV and a PlayStation.
This 81GT yacht for sale reaches a top speed of 21 knots, with a cruising speed of 14 knots and a maximum range of 1,100 nautical miles at an economical 11 knots. Built to Maltese Commercial specifications, she is also suitable for charter.
Martita is now asking €3,495,000, currently lying in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, France.
