The 26.52 metre motor yacht Mirabilis, listed for sale by Frank Grzeszczak Jr at IYC , has been sold with Mike Burke at Westport Yacht Sales introducing the buyer.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Ferreti to a design by Zuccon International Project, Mirabilis was delivered in 2014 as a Ferretti 870 model and has been scrupulously maintained ever since. Her interior, also by Zuccon, accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite, double and twin, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for four crew.
The expansive main deck saloon has large settees to port and starboard in the lounge area with a dining area forward with seating for eight guests and a storage buffet to starboard for glassware, china and silver.
The saloon flows out onto the aft deck offering al fresco entertainment and dining at a freestanding table and chairs while the flybridge has built in upholstery and tables, sun pads and a hard top for partial shade.
A notable feature of her aggressive design is the bronze roof above the wheelhouse and large glazing on the main deck and in the hull.
Large sun pads on the foredeck allow for more sunbathing areas while twin 1,948 hp MTU diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 27 knots topping out at 31 knots.
Lying in Miami, Florida, Mirabilis was asking $4,950,000.
