Mark Osterhaven and Michael Mahan at Worth Avenue Yachts have closed on the sale of the 33.52m motor yacht Waterford with Fox Yacht Sales representing the buyer.

Built by the US yard Hatteras and launched in 1997, Waterford features accommodation for nine guests in four generously appointed staterooms. The master suite is full beam and has a king size bed and his and hers en suite bathroom. There are two identical staterooms to port and starboard with queen size beds, and also a twin berth cabin. All guest staterooms have en suite bathroom facilities.

A full beam main saloon and dining area are spacious and open, featuring light maple joinery, a large oval dining table to accommodate 10 guests and a family style seating area with two Sony flat panel televisions. Furnishings are Biedermier style, and the interior was designed by Los Angeles, California-based Thomas Achille.

Powered by reliable 1,600hp Caterpillar engines, Waterford comfortably cruises at 17 knots with a 20 knot top speed and runs very economically at 10 to 12 knots.

Waterford was asking $2,795,000.
