Great stuff here as Jan Jaap Minnema at Fraser Yachts sends news that he acted for the buyer in last night's sale of the pretty 35.05m Feadship Beija Flor, a central listing with his colleague Neal Esterly.

She's a classic canoe stern Van Lent yacht built in 1968 that has, to a great degree, been maintained to her original charm. Her flexible accommodation for eight guests in four staterooms makes her an excellent long range charter or family cruising yacht, with twin 600hp Caterpillar engines giving her a range of 3,500 nautical miles.

A true ‘Gentleman’s Superyacht’, Beija Flor completed a multi-million dollar three year refit with approximately 50% of the underwater plating replaced as per a radiation hull survey, plus full repaint.

Beija Flor was asking $4.45 million.
