It's a record 39 sales in June - the most in any month since 2008 - as Josh Gulbranson at Fraser Yachts sends news that his joint listing with Scott French, the 50m motor yacht Happy Days, is sold in an in-house deal with Jody O'Brien acting for the buyer.

Built by Delta Marine in 2006 to ABS class, the general arrangement features a private master suite on the upper deck with its own lounge forward and an intimate dining area aft. There is a pair of large VIP cabins, gym, main salon and galley on the main deck. There are four equal-size guest cabins on the lower deck for a total of seven staterooms.

The massive sun deck is designed for entertaining, complete with day head, shower, Jacuzzi, bar, elevator to all decks and outdoor galley. A lightweight, contemporary bimini top that supports the mast, radar and communication systems offers guests shade.

Equipped with twin Caterpillar 3512 engines, Happy Days has a cruising speed of 15 knots and a range of 5,000 nautical miles.

Happy Days was asking $34.5 million.
