Fraser & Vripack go Dutch to sell megayacht Commercial Break

Yesterday, Jan Jaap Minnema of Fraser Yachts told me that he's in Bimini, Florida to close on a deal today and now he confirms that the sale of Moonen's 27.43m motor yacht Commercial Break was signed this morning.

With quiet satisfaction he notes that it was a 100% Dutch party, with a Dutch designed and built luxury megayacht, while both seller and buyer and the brokers involved are also Dutch. Maarten Ten Holter of Vripack was the central agent for Commercial Break and Jan Jaap represented the buyer.

Built in 2003 to Lloyds class and MCA compliant, Commercial Break accommodates up to seven guests in a master, double and twin plus Pullman berth and was asking $5.9 million. And, full of Dutch courage, Jan Jaap says, "I'm now on my way to the next deal!"
