Bob Cury at RJC Yacht Sales asks me to broadcast news of a further $500,000 price drop on the 30.4m motor yacht Won Buy Land.
Built by Broward in 1999, Won Buy Land is, says Bob, one of the most highly customised yachts from the yard. She has a four-stateroom layout with spacious saloon and dining areas. A refit in 2007 saw a new custom interior installed with refreshed woodwork and a new lighting system.
Below deck, the owner's stateroom features a king-size berth, bowed maple dressers with marble surfaces, two walk-in cedar closets and a dramatic his-and-her marble bath. Won Buy Land's custom interior features new furnishings, refinished all-birds eye maple joinery and an overhead lighting system. The strong emphasis on interior joinery is evident from the fluted ceiling details and raised newel posts in the main saloon, to the radius front nightstands and tapered pilasters in the master stateroom. Other interior items worth noting are the beautiful stainless steel railings, elaborate stonework throughout and a very appealing forward VIP stateroom.
The oversized pilothouse features a teak and holly sole along with L-shaped bench seat, built-in storage and upholstered bulkheads. The flybridge is equipped with sunloungers, a wet bar, grill, wing stations, a bimini top and bench seating with dining facilities.
Won Buy Land is down from $2,495,000 to $1,995,000.
