John Weller at Northrop & Johnson sends word that $40,000 has been shaved off the price of the 27.43m motor yacht Jeanine II.

This classic Burger was custom built in 1984 and refitted in 1994. She offers accommodation for six in three guest cabins and a crew contingent of four. She has a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of 16 knots from her 13,172 litre fuel tanks.

Previously priced at $935,000, Jeanine II is now asking $895,000, and her owner is prepared to consider a trade for a smaller boat or real estate in Florida.
