John Weller at Northrop & Johnson sends news of a further $200,000 price cut on his listing for sale, the 43.6m motor yacht Sea Falcon.

Sea Falcon was built in aluminium by Angus Yachts and launched in 1990, with several refits and upgrades since. In 2013, she received new interior paint, carpets and wallpaper throughout, and new television screens and DVD players were installed as well.

Accommodation is for up to 11 guests in five staterooms, and twin 1,015hp Caterpillar engines give her a range of 3,000 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 10 knots. The accommodation comprises a master suite with his-and-hers bathrooms including a Jacuzzi. On the lower deck there is a VIP suite and three double cabins, all with en suite bathroom facilities. A large saloon on the main deck has a bar and TV area plus dining for eight while outside there is al fresco entertaining and dining for 10 guests.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Sea Falcon is now down to $1.7 million.
