Another sale now as Jeff Stanley at Gilman Yachts tells me he's closed on the sale of the 24m flybridge motor yacht Beechwood Days in an in-house deal.

Built in 2007 by Hargrave in fibreglass, she has an aft deck with table and chairs offering alfresco dining for eight guests. Forward is an open plan main saloon in Sapele mahogany with a dining area and large galley plus a pop up 42 inch Marantz high definition television screen.

Accommodation is for eight guests in four staterooms. The master suite is full beam and has a king size bed, 26 inch LCD television, Denon sound system and his and hers showers. The VIP stateroom comes with a queen size bed, Aquos 20 inch television and DVD. Twin guest cabins to port and starboard have 20 inch Aquos television screens, sound systems and both have en suite facilities.

Beechwood Days features walk around teak decks with raised bulwarks and a stainless steel safety rail. Her large flybridge has a helm station, 32 inch LCD television, bar, a seating area and a hard top. Twin 1650hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 16 knots and a maximum speed of 20 knots.

Beechwood Days was asking $2,250,000 and will be renamed Lady Deanne IV.
