The 44 metre Heesen motor yacht San Bernardo, jointly listed for sale by Breeze Yachting with IYR, has had a further price reduction of €850,000.
Built in aluminium by Dutch yard Heesen to a design by Omega Architects, she was delivered in 2011 as the seventh hull in the yard’s 4400 semi-displacement series. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a full beam master suite on the main deck with a private study, two VIP suites and two twin cabins, all with entertainment centres, Sony television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
She has a vast saloon on the main deck including a social area furnished with coffee tables, comfortable armchairs and occasional chairs while forward there is a formal eight-seater dining table, custom made from American walnut and topped with leather inlaid in intricate patterns of matt silver. The sophisticated entertainment centre includes a 42 inch Pioneer television screen.
Up in the sky lounge, there is more comfortable seating and an entertainment centre while the aft deck on this level offers every facility for al fresco entertaining and dining. More outdoor living is available on the sun deck, with sun pads, a dining area, Jacuzzi tub and a barbecue grill.
Twin MTU 16V 4000 M90 diesel engines give her a range of 3,200 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 12 knots and she is fitted with Naiad zero speed stabilisers.
San Bernardo is now asking €13,500,000.
