The 31-metre IAG Yachts motor yacht Sunrise has been listed for sale with Northrop & Johnson, represented by brokers Michael Maximilian Bognier and Jeffrey Chan.

Delivered in 2012, this IAG 100 model is described as being "in exceptional condition" following an extensive refit in 2022. According to the brokers, this shallow-draught performance yacht is a "rare find" and winning features include "Italian styling, impressive volume and true 27-knot speed".

Sunrise is asking $2,300,000

The interiors, designed by YD&AS, who also completed the naval architecture, are warm and contemporary, furnished with glossy woods, minimalist furnishings and discreetly integrated lighting. The main saloon benefits from oversized windows, bathing the space in natural light and offering uninterrupted views from every seat. Forward, a round dining space for eight with statement lighting overhead creates a focal point to the room.

Five cabins aboard Sunrise cater for up to eight guests, including a capacious VIP and two twins. Her luxurious full-beam master, located amidships for optimal comfort, boasts high ceilings and large hull-side windows as well as a private lounge/desk area and marble en suite. Sunrise can sleep up to four crew.

On deck, Sunrise offers a range of versatile outdoor living spaces often reserved for larger yachts. The aft deck, with access to a fixed swim platform, affords relaxed boarding or water access. Another highlight is her flybridge - a vast entertaining area featuring U-shaped seating, a wet bar and al fresco dining. The aft section houses a crane (600 kg capacity) and space for multiple water toys or a tender. Forward, a large sunpad creates the perfect lounging or sunset spot.

The 204GT motor yacht for sale is powered by twin MTU 12V 2000 M93 engines cruising comfortably at 24 knots and reaching top speeds of 27 knots, with a maximum range of 900 nautical miles at 21 knots. Her 1.3-metre draught makes her the ideal vessel to negotiate shallow cruising grounds.

Sunrise is asking $2,300,000.
