Julia Stewart at Imperial Yachts tells me that the company has contracted the Amels yard to build a new 60.6m Amels 199, the first in this projected series.
Styled by Tim Heywood, the interior designer has yet to be appointed but she's planned to accommodate 12 guests and launch date is set for 2013. Imperial Yachts will act as manager and owner's representative throughout the build.
