The in-build 42.6 metre Alpha motor yacht Spritz 140 has been listed for sale by David Johnson at Denison Yachting.
Currently under construction by Italian yard Alpha Custom Yachts, the Spritz 140 was penned inside and out by Italian studio Giorgio Cassetta, while Laurent Giles developed the naval architecture.
Accommodation on this in-build yacht for sale is for 12 guests in six cabins and there is space for a team of 11 crew members, housed in six cabins.
Inside, the main deck saloon features ample seating, with a wine cellar and dining table for up to 12 guests aft. Ample light is set to be provided throughout the yacht’s airy interiors via frequent large windows.
Forward, a dedicated gym has private access from the master suite. Prospective owners can choose from a variety of templates for their preferred interior and exterior colour schemes.Other stand out features include an aft deck drinks bar, barbecue and a deck shower.
An expansive beach club hosts a swimming platform, while the yacht is set to have storage for three Jet Skis which can be deployed with a crane. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining spaces and lounging areas on each level of the tri-deck yacht.
The yacht will be powered by MAN V12 1,650hp engines for a top speed of 16.5 knots and a range of 3,300 nautical miles at 10 knots.
The Spritz 140 is asking €21,000,000.
