The 25.91 metre explorer yacht Fortaleza has been listed for sale by Rosie Davies at Nicolle Associates.
Built in steel and aluminium by Brazilian yard Inace to a design by Igreja with delivery in 2004, her rugged expedition-style exterior disguises a luxurious rich cherry wood interior with accommodation for 10 guests in four cabins. These comprise a large master suite on the main deck, a VIP suite, double and a further four-bunked cabin. The master and VIP suites have entertainment centres and satellite television screens while all cabins on this yacht for sale have en suite bathroom facilities.
The aft deck provides seating with a table, ideal for al fresco dining, and a bar area with cabinets, sink, refrigerator and electric barbecue. Forward, the main deck saloon offers a comfortable area to relax and dine, with a U-shaped sofa and large dining table to port. Opposite is a further curved sofa and a granite-topped coffee table along with a bar and an entertainment centre including a large flatscreen television set.
Up on the flybridge is a teak deck, bar area and lounge seating, conveniently covered with a Bimini top. The bar is served by a dumb waiter directly from the galley and this deck also benefits from a built-in Jacuzzi spa tub. Fortaleza had a major refit in 2007, including two new 450hp Scania main engines, which give her a range of 4,000 nautical miles.
Lying in Kagoshima, Japan, Fortaleza is asking $2,498,000.
