The 24.57 metre motor yacht Sweetwater, listed for sale by Kurt Bosshardt at Denison Yachting, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Ed Breese at Peck Yachts.
Built in GRP by US yard Lazzara, Sweetwater was delivered in 2004 and benefits from a series of recent upgrades. These include new hardwood floors throughout the main deck and lower foyer and new carpets in all staterooms.
Sweetwater recently had an engine rebuild and now comes with a transferable warranty while she also had a complete repaint as recently as September 2019.
Accommodation is for six guests in three cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and a twin, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are two cabins for four crew aboard this yacht for sale.
The full-beam main saloon features high gloss African cherry and mahogany joinery highlighted by ebony inlays and has carpeting in rich earth tones. To port is a full length couch while to starboard are two comfortable armchairs separated by a music centre including a 44-inch television on a rise and fall mechanism, and a stereo surround sound system. Forward is a high gloss dining table with seating for six guests and storage cabinets housing glassware, china and silver. Further forward still, the country kitchen style galley has a long curved settee and dinette where guests can enjoy a sociable coffee and a snack.
Both the aft deck and flybridge offer extensive facilities for al fresco relaxation and entertaining while twin 1,550hp Caterpillar diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 25 knots topping out at 30 knots.
Sweetwater was asking $1,750,000.
