Roy Sea at International Yacht Collection tells me he's sold the 47.85m motor yacht Lady Janet with Rupert Connor at Luxury Yacht Group representing the buyer.
Lady Janet was built by US superyacht yard Christensen to ABS class as an evolution of the yard’s 157′ custom series. Launched in 2007 and refitted in 2011, she is MCA compliant and the interior theme is one of comfort and elegance throughout.
The main saloon offers formal dining for 12 guests with large windows giving superb views out to sea, and she has a large aft deck with shaded areas for alfresco dining.
Lady Janet has accommodation for up to 16 guests in six staterooms. The master suite, forward on the main deck, has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobes, and a his-and-hers en suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. Below decks is a full beam VIP stateroom and two double and two twin cabins – all with entertainment systems and full en suite bathroom facilities.
Twin 1,800hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 16 knots and her maximum speed is 19 knots. She can be adapted to carry a helicopter on her aft deck.
Lady Janet was asking $23.9 million.
